Altar Servers

Altar servers are those who assist the priests in the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Table. A child is eligible to serve at the beginning of the 5th grade. Children interested in becoming servers receive training through the parish and then may serve at the regular school masses. Children become eligible to train towards the end of 4th grade. Additional training is offered each year for those interested in serving at funerals and weddings. Most training takes place outside regular school hours.
